Beginning with a gentle tea meditation to call your whole self into presence, this evening is an invitation to bring awareness to your pleasure body through breath and sound. A gentle breathwork session creates space for relaxation and release, while the soothing sound bath offers time for integration, spaciousness, and harmony.
